Remarks
Payments with credit card and other payment methods outside i-DEAL are processed by the British bank Moneybookers.com. You can create a free account here within a few minutes to pay for your tickets. Payments made with i-DEAL are processed via your bank directly.
We do not accept bank transfers because of the long time this transfer can take. Possible delays to get the payment confirmed cause us to not accept this form of payment and thus avoid unclear situations.
We do not accept Paypal because of the possibility by one-sided refund by the customer without reason up to 45 days after the payment has been made. Unfortunately we have to prove the payee was on the plane to get our money in such circumstances, something that is impossible. This kind of situations can best be avoided to we can serve our customers better.
